A lot has happened since my last post. The most major thing being that we moved into a new house that shortens my daily commute to San Francisco by a ton. The sale of our old place, featured here below, was just finalized yesterday so I’m excited to celebrate by giving you a tour of it. Well celebrate that and surviving a move with two under 3!
I (TinaMarieMo Designs) designed the entire thing from the upgraded finishes to the flower arrangements – I’m very proud of my first baby. I’m happy to answer any questions and eager to hear what you think about it if you comment below.
Special thanks to Faust Photographics and Aspire Real Estate for getting it sold fast.
I hope you enjoy!
*fun side note: My kids, this townhouse and I were picked to be in a Brawny’s mother’s day spot. You may have seen it around, but here’s a link. Grab some tissue!
Above is the office, formal sitting area, bar cart and library section I refer to as our ‘lobby’. We just replaced the flooring to that machined hard wood you see here. To the left, you’ll see a bit of travertine I used for the walkway to the garage. There was a half bath on this floor.
The art pieces on the right were made by my now 3 year old daughter, Harper.
Never this clean.
Our playroom doubled as a guest bedroom. It boasted a huge closet we could store the kids’ toys in when guests were over.
Design inspired than none other than Ken Fulk’s design for Leo’s Oyster Bar. Isn’t it fun?
Our girls’ nursery. Sad to say it might be our last one.
